DIRECTIONS:

Mix the potatoes, salt, soda and chili powder together to form a dough.

Divide the mixture into 16 or more portions.

Grease a flat surface, like bread board or chakla, and roll out each into
a very thin round.

When all rounds are made, spread them on greased plastic sheet to dry on
both sides in the sun or warmest place in the house.

When dry store in a covered container, until required
-
Cook just before use.
