RECIPE NAME:  POTATO PAPPADAMS

 INGREDIENTS:
2 lb. potatoes boiled and peeled
2 teaspoons salt -
- pinch baking powder -
2 teaspoons red chili powder -
- - Ghe or oil to grease -
 
DIRECTIONS:
  • Mix the potatoes, salt, soda and chili powder together to form a dough.
  • Divide the mixture into 16 or more portions.
  • Grease a flat surface, like bread board or chakla, and roll out each into a very thin round.
  • When all rounds are made, spread them on greased plastic sheet to dry on both sides in the sun or warmest place in the house.
  • When dry store in a covered container, until required
  • Cook just before use.
