onion
chopped

teaspoon
salt

pepper

sage

tablespoon
all-purpose flour

cup
milk

1 1/2
cups
cheddar cheese
grated
DIRECTIONS:
Melt butter, add onions, salt, pepper & sage.
Fry until golden brown.
Add flour. Warm up milk and add slowly.
Stir over medium heat, add cheese slowly and stir until melted.
Add cooked rice, blend with fork so as not to mash the rice.
Pour into greased casserole.
Bake 30 minutes in 375F oven.
(a few strips of bacon can be served with that dish)
