Bon Appétit CEREALS
RECIPE NAME:  GRANOLA
RECIPE BY: BON APPETIT!
SERVING SIZE: 1 bowl
PREPARATION TIME: 30 minutes
 INGREDIENTS:
cups rolled oats do not use quick or instant
1/8 cup wheat germ -
1/8 cup shredded coconut -
1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds unsalted
1/8 cup brown sugar -
1//8 cup canola oil -
1/4 cup honey -
- - vanilla -
dash - salt -
 
DIRECTIONS:
  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  • Spread in a 9x12 inch metal baking pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 350F.
  • Remove from oven, stir, respread in pan, and bake again for another 5 minutes or until golden brown and the whole house smells wonderful.
