RECIPE NAME:  OVEN BAKED CHICKEN WITH CREAM OF MUSHROOM OR CHICKEN

PREPARATION TIME: 1 hour
 INGREDIENTS:
4 - breasts of chicken skinned and boned
1 can  (10 ounces)  cream of mushrooms or cream of chicken -
-  - herbs and/or pepper to your liking -
 
DIRECTIONS:
  • Use an ovenproof dish that is at least 3 inches deep and wide enough to lay your chicken breasts side by side.
  • Poor some cream under and on top of the chicken, add herbs and pepper.
  • Cover with aluminium foil.
  • Bake at 300F for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
  • Turn the chicken over once.
Notes: Very easy recipe. The chicken is very tender cooked that way.
