DIRECTIONS:

Remove skin from chicken.

In microwaveable dish, arrange chicken in single layer with thickest portions
toward outside.

In small bowl, combine mustard, yogurt, oregano, thyme and pepper to taste,
spread over chicken.

Microwave, uncovered at High power for 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken
is no longer pink inside, rotating dish after 4 minutes.

Oven Method - Prepare as above. Bake uncovered in 350F (180C) oven
for 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
