Bon Appétit POULTRY
RECIPE NAME:  CHICKEN DELICIOUS

PREPARATION TIME: 4 hours
 INGREDIENTS:
2 chicken breasts boned, skinned, remove fat
3 tablespoons soya sauce -
1/4 cup olive oil -
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar -
1 - onion sliced
3 - tomatoes cut in edges
3 cloves garlic chopped
- - salt, pepper, garlic salt/powder to taste
- - chili powder and other spices that you like to taste
 
DIRECTIONS:
  •  Marinate at least for 3 hours (overnight if you can) tomatoes/onions/garlic in a mixture of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic salt/powder.
  • 3 hours later or  the next day:  In a plastic (ziplog) bag, add chicken breasts, soya sauce, salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic salt/powder. Manipulate/massage so that the chicken takes in the mixture.  In a wok like skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add chicken. 
  • When the chicken is almost done, add the marinated mixture (marinade inclusive) and cook for approximately 10 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
Notes - Comments:   Daniel was cooking the chicken breasts one night as I was preparing the salad.  When I put the marinated tomatoes/onions/garlic on the kitchen counter that I planned to use with the salad he looked at me and asked..." Do you mind if I try something?" "Of course not" I said and here it went...he added the marinated mixture in the skillet with the chicken. 
The result was simply DELICIOUS!!! 
Serve with rice.
