DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven at 350F.

In a small bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda and salt.

In a large bowl, beat together the eggs and sugar.

Add butter softened and beat until well mixed.

Add the flour mixture to the preparation in the large bowl.

Add the water and almond extract to moist the preparation.
-
When well mixed, add coconut.
-
Drop 1 teaspoon of mixture on cookie sheet (2 inches apart) and give
it a ball shape.
-
Make a little hole in the centre of the ball and put some raspberry jam.
-
Bake 10 minutes or until golden all around.
