Bon Appétit DESSERTS & COOKIES
RECIPE NAME:  CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

PREPARATION TIME: 30 minutes
 INGREDIENTS:
1 cup brown sugar -
1 1/2 cups granulated white sugar -
2 teaspoons salt -
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk -
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla -
1 1/2 cups margarine -
5 - eggs -
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda -
4 3/4 cups flour -
18 ounces chocolate chips -
 
DIRECTIONS:
  •  Cream sugars, salt, dry milk, vanilla, and margarine until smooth.
  • Add eggs and mix until smooth.
  • Blend baking soda and flour.
  • Add and mix just until incorporated.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Deposit dough in 1 teaspoon increments on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 375F degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned at the edges.
