DIRECTIONS:

Dissolve and bring to a boil the sugar, canned milk and butter.

At start of a rolling boil set timer for EXACTLY 7 minutes and continue
to stir.

At end of 7 minutes add 12 ounces chocolate chips and 6 ounces butterscotch
chips and vanilla.

Stir until creamy and pour into a buttered pan and place in fridge to chill.

You can add nuts, marshmallows, raisins, or your choice after you have
melted the chips.

You can also substitute 12 ounces of chunky or smooth peanut butter (Jiff
or Peter Pan) for the 12 ounces chocolate chips for a wonderful fudge.

HINT: Never substitute for the butterscotch chips as these are what
gives fudge its creamy texture.
