crushed pineapple

-(for the frosting)

carnation milk
-(for the frosting)

butter or margarine

vanilla

flaked coconut
-(for the frosting)
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, soda and salt.
Add undrained pineapple and eggs.
Mix well. Pour batter into a greased 13 X 9 pan.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until done. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
For the frosting: Mix all ingredients - boil about 7 minutes.
Stir until it thickens.
Stir in 1/2 cup of flaked coconut. Pour over cake.
