RECIPE NAME:  BROWN SUGAR PIE

PREPARATION TIME: 1 hour
 INGREDIENTS:
1 - pie shell unbaked
1 cup brown sugar -
1//4 cup all-purpose flour -
2 cups cream light
1 teaspoon maple extract -
1/4 cup butter -
1 pinch nutmeg -
 
DIRECTIONS:
  •  Line a pie place with the dough of your choice, and cover the bottom with the brown sugar mixed with the flour.
  • Pour in the cream and maple extract and dot with butter.
  • Bake in a 350F degrees oven from 40 to 50 minutes, until the crust is browned and the filling is of a good consistency.
