DIRECTIONS:

Mix together butter, chocolate chips & icing sugar.

Melt at low heat, stirring constantly.

Add eggs, mix well until it thickens.

Remove from heat, add rum extract, water and chocolate waffle crumbs.

Transfer into a large bowl lined with aluminum foil.

At this point the mix will look granular, refrigerate a few hours or overnight.

To make rolls, divide mix in 3 parts, then form into tubes of about 1 1/2
in. diameter.

Spread candy mix in a plate and roll tubes in candy.

Wrap rolls until ready to serve, then slice into 1/4 in. thick pieces.
