sugar

milk

white rum

whipping cream

DIRECTIONS:
Beat (with electrical beater) the yolks until light.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add milk and rum and mix well, then chill for a minimum of 3 hours.
One hour before serving, whip cream and stir into chilled mixture.
Return to refrigerator for an hour.
Notes:
When you serve, it is a good idea to sprinkle with either nutmet or chocolate.
