hard cooked, cooled and chopped

onion
grated or chopped fine

salt and pepper
to taste

teaspoon
curry

cream cheese
room temperature
1 1/2
tablespoons
sour cream

tablespoon
mayonnaise

bottle (2 oz)
red or black caviar

DIRECTIONS:
Combine eggs, onion, mayonnaise and seasonings as for egg salad.
Spread first layer in dish.
Whip cream cheese and add just enough sour cream so that mixture is the consistency of fluffy icing.
Add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
Spread over egg salad layer.
Top with caviar and garnish with parsley.
Sprinkle lemon juice on top.
