 INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 pounds cod fillets (or other whitefish) -
1 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon olive oil -
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice -
 
DIRECTIONS:
  •  Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Arrange fillets in a baking dish.
  • Drizzle with oil and season with salt and lemon pepper to taste.
  • Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish is opaque throughout.
