RECIPE NAME:  SWISS GERMAN MILK CHOCLATE FONDUE (SAUCE)

PREPARATION TIME: 20 minutes
 INGREDIENTS:
1 cup hot milk -
2 6 ounces packages chocolate chips -
2  tablespoons coffee liqueuer optional
 
DIRECTIONS:
  •  Place hot milk, chocolate chips and liqueur in a blender.
  • Cover and blend at medium speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
  • Pour sauce into small pot and keep warm over a candle flame.
Notes: This can be served as a fondue or as a sauce over cake, fresh fruits, etc........
