RECIPE NAME:  TEMPURA SAUCE 
RECIPE BY: BON APPETIT!
SERVING SIZE: 4 to 6 servings
PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes
 INGREDIENTS:
2 cups water -
1/2 cup dry sherry  (optional)
1/2 cup  soya sauce use 1 cup if you did not put any sherry
2 teaspoons sugar -
2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon granule -
 
DIRECTIONS:
  •  In saucepan mix all ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil and then let simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Serve in individual portions and warm.
Notes: Use with Tempura (see recipe)     Simply Delicious!
