lean shoulder steak (or ground beef)
cut into thin slices

mushrooms

dehydrated

meat stock or 1 1/2 cups water with 2 bouillon cubes or bovril

soy sauce

celery
thinly sliced

green peppers
thin rings

bean sprouts

DIRECTIONS:
Brown meat, mushrooms and onions in broiler or in preheated heavy iron skillet.
Add remaining ingredients (except bean sprouts) and cook in saucepan for 15 minutes
Add bean sprouts. Cover and simmer for a few minutes or until sprouts are tender.
