RECIPE NAME:  SWEET AND SOUR MEAT BALLS

 INGREDIENTS:
300 gr. pork or beef ground

1 tablespoon each wine, cornstarch, flour -
1/2 - egg or 2 tablespoons water -
1/3 teaspoon salt -
3 tablespoons onion minced
- - oil for deep frying -

total 1 cup carrot, mushrooms, broccoli sliced
- - --3-- -
2 3/4 tablespoons - each soy sauce, sugar, vinegar -
1/2 cup water -
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch -
 
DIRECTIONS:
  • Mix ground meat with --1--; stir until sticky.  Manually form meat into meat balls.  Heat oil, then deep-fry meat balls until cooked (about 5 minutes).
  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil; stir-fry --2-- until cooked.  Mix and add --3--; bring to boil.  Add meat balls and mix well.
