RECIPE NAME:  MEATLOAF - TOMATO SAUCE 
RECIPE BY: BON APPETIT!

PREPARATION TIME: 1 hour and 30 minutes
 INGREDIENTS:
1 can  (10 ounces) tomato soup -
2 pounds ground beef -
1/2  cup bread crumbs seasoned - italian
1/3 cup onion finely chopped
1 - egg beaten slightly
1/2 teaspoon salt -
4 - cloves garlic finely chopped
- - pepper, thyme, beef bovril and herbs to your liking
 
DIRECTIONS:
  •  Preheat the oven at 375F.
  • Mix half of the tomato soup can with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • Mix the rest of the tomato soup with 1/4 cup of water and 3 tablespoons of juice from the meatloaf and warm up in a pan on top of the stove.
  • Poor over meatloaf when serving.
Notes: Very easy recipe.
