Bon Appétit PASTAS & PIZZAS  -  APPETIZERS  -  MAIN COURSES
RECIPE NAME:  SPAGHETTI WITH BROCOLI AND GARLIC 
RECIPE BY: Carole  (one of my mom's recipe)
SERVING SIZE: 4
PREPARATION TIME: 40 minutes
 INGREDIENTS:
1 - brocoli 1 inch pieces
4 handfull spaghetti -
5  large cloves of garlic thinly sliced
- - olive oil  cover the bottom of your pan
- - pepper, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash to your liking
 
DIRECTIONS:
  •  Cook the spaghetti.
  • Cook the brocoli. (Steaming it is better).
  • When the spaghetti and the brocoli are almost ready, heat up the oil. (medium heat)
  • When the oil is hot enough, throw in the garlic. Do make sure that the garlic does not burn.
  • Drain the spaghetti and put it back into the casserole. Throw in the oil and garlic, pepper.......as you like.
  • Mix well.
  • Mix in the brocoli and serve.
Notes: Excellent leftover dish. Could be served as easily as an appetizer or as the main course. Play with your recipe and adjust it to your liking, to be honest with you I never measure. Enjoy!
