DIRECTIONS:

Bring some water to a boil and cook brocoli.

When cooked, drain brocoli, immerse in ice water until cool and drain again.

In a food processsor or blender combine the brocoli, garlic, cheese, olive
oil, sesame oil, salt and 3 tablespoons of water.

(The recipe suggests a blender but I find that it becomes like a sauce,
you want to see the tiny pieces, you could easily use a potato masher).

Cook the pasta. Drain pasta well.

Transfer to a serving bowl and stir in the vinegar.

Add pesto and mix gently but thoroughly.

Garnish with tomato and serve immediately. It is excellent with the tomato,
it is almost a must!!!
