DIRECTIONS:

Cook spaghetti according to directions and drain.

Put in large mixing bowl.

Add olive oil to spaghetti and stir.

Crack eggs in small bowl and beat until well mixed.

Add Parmesan chese and stir.

Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the spaghetti and mix well.

Grease 9" pan with shortening or cooking spray.

Pour spaghetti mixture into pan.

Press spaghetti with back of spoon to form the crust, making sure to build
up the sides.

Brown beef and onion.
-
Stir in spaghetti sauce, stewed tomatoes and olives.
-
Spoon over spaghetti crust, spreading evenly.
-
Bake 20 minutes at 350. Remove pie from oven.

Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
-
Let pie stand for 5 minutes before serving.
