Bon Appétit SOUP - MEAT

 INGREDIENTS:
800 g beef -
150 g veal -
150 g chicken -
100 g ham -
2 - sausages small
1 - carrot -
1 - parsley root -
1 - onion -
1 tablespoon flour -
2 - cucumbers -
5 tablespoons mushrooms -
11 - olives -
1 tablespoon capers -
1 cup sour cream -
- - salt - pepper -
 
DIRECTIONS:
  • Make a broth from beef and veal with parsley root, carrot, pepper and salt.
  • Take out meat from the pan and use beef for another dish.
  • Boil chicken, ham and sausages in this broth.
  • Chop chicken, ham, sausages and veal finely and put in the broth.
  • Fry chopped onion on the butter and put it in the broth.
  • Add finely chopped cucumbers and mushrooms, then olives and capers.
  • After boiling, lower heat and leave for 20 minutes.
  • Before turning off the heat, add sour cream.
Notes - Comments: There are three kind of Solyanka; meat, fish and mushroom.
