chicken
cooked and diced

celery
chopped

tablespoons
green onion
chopped

capers

salt

lemon juice

11 ounces can
mandarin oranges
drained

9 ounces can
pineapple chunks or tidbits
drained
1/2
cup
slivered almonds
toasted
1/2
cup
mayonnaise

teaspoon
lemon peel
grated

salad greens

DIRECTIONS:
Combine chicken, celery, green onion, capers, salt, lemon juice.
Cover, chill for several hours.
Just before serving. Add the oranges (reserve a few to garnish), pineapple and almonds.
Combine mayonnaise and lemon peel. Mix in carefully so as not to break fruit.
Spoon into a bowl lined with greens.
Garnish with reserved oranges.
