DIRECTIONS:
  • Combine two peeled, sliced cucumbers in a bowl with one container of plain, nonfat yogurt.
  • Mix in a tablespoon of minced garlic (or less) and some Japanese rice wine vinegar, or any other sweet vinegar.
  • Crush some fresh ground pepper on top, and voila!
