vinegar or lemon juice

DIRECTIONS:
Put egg yolk in a bowl and add salt and pepper.
Mix with a
wooden spoon.
Mix in oil very slowly, a few drops at a time until the mixture is smooth.
Add the vinegar or lemon juice. Sauce should be thick and smooth.
