chicken stock

dry sherry

DIRECTIONS:
In a blender, puree avocado with cream and 1 cup of broth.
Set aside.
In a saucepan, bring the remaining 2 cups of stock to a boil.
Remove from the heat and stir in the pureed avocados.
Season the soup with sherry, salt and pepper to taste.
