DIRECTIONS:

Coat a medium skillet with nonstick cooking spray, and warm over medium
heat until hot.

Add onion, carrot, bell pepper and garlic, and saute until tender, about
eight minutes.

Combine sauteed vegetables, soybeans, rice, bread crumbs and parsley in
a bowl, season to taste with Tabasaco sauce, salt and pepper.

Mix in egg, blending well, shape mixture into six patties.

Preheat oven at 350F. Lightly coat a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray,
place burgers in pan and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not turn.
