Chloe Morgan

Chloe Morgan is the wildly creative and charming third cousin to Lila Quartermaine. She has built her dream of being a designer, in the memory of her best friend, her mother. Unfortunately, the good intentions of her late uncle Herbert, who believed Chloe's happiness would be found in love rather than career, backfired, forcing Chloe to marry to hold onto her company. Chloe has traveled in the circles of the rich and famous around the world, and is reknowned as her dress designs. Chloe is driven by impulse and a completely romantic nature, but no one has ever completely captured her heart.
