Jasper "Jax" Jacks

This charismatic Australian tycoon came to Port Charles intent on doing business and ended up finding a love he never dreamt was possible, with Brenda Barrett. Their romance faced many problems, but they eventually found love again.

Jax came to Port Charles in 1996 to help out Lois Ashton, whose record company had been bought by Edward Quartermaine.

In an attempt to dissuade Jax from pursuing her, Lois insisted he get to know her partner, Brenda Barrett; the ploy worked - they married!

At Jax and Brenda's remarriage ceremony, her old flame, Sonny Corinthos, arrived with an unexpected guest - Jax's first wife, Miranda Jameson, whom he thought had died years earlier!

In 1997, Brenda left Jax for Sonny.

After Sonny left Brenda at the altar, she and Jax eventually found love again.

And now Jax has found love again with Chloe Morgan as distant relative of Lila Quartermaine.
