Stuart Chandler

For a long time, folks in Pine Valley dismissed this sweet-tempered artist as a pale imitation and the polar-opposite personality of his look-alike brother, Adam. But he's not, as has been widely believed, simple-minded; rather, he's something much rarer and more wonderful: good-hearted.

In 1984, Stuart arrived in Pine Valley with his slick, scheming twin brother, Adam Chandler.

Stuart married HIV-positive Cindy Parker in 1988.

When Cindy passed away in 1989, Stuart became the devoted stepfather of her son, Scott.

Stuart proposed marriage to Nurse Gloria Marsh in 1993, but she threw him over - in a nice way - for Adam.

In 1998, Marian fell into bed with Stuart and Stuart fell in love!

Stuart and Marian became husband and wife in 1999.
