Plot Synopsis:
Stay away from Captain Howdy. The good Captain (Dee Snider) has a simply ingenious means of keeping teens out of the local chat rooms; he invites them over to his place for an evening of torture and mutiliation. The subsequent tattoos, scarification and body piercings are merely added perks.
Favorite Moments:
- Captain Howdy leaving a data trail a mile wide. Fortunately, the Helverton cops are kinda slow on the techno uptake.
- Robert Englund (that's Mr. Kruger to you), contributing the second creepiest image: watching porn spread-eagled in front of the TV, in skimpy underwear and cowboy boots.
- Elizabeth Peña, who would have made a much better head detective.
- And, for the record, nothing is creepier than Dee Snider in a buttoned-down cardigan. He looks like an unholy cross between F. Murray Abraham and Mr. Rogers...
