Genre: Rise-from-the-dead & make 'em pay

Cast:
  • Charlie Sheen as Jake
  • Nick Cassavetes as Packard
  • Sherilyn Fenn as Keri
  • Randy Quaid as Sheriff Loomis
  • Clint Howard as Rughead

Plot Synopsis:
Charlie Sheen returns from the dead with his supercool car and neo-dead accessories to avenge his murder and reclaim his girl (Sherilyn Fenn). He eliminates Nick Cassavetes and his gang of chemical-swillin' thugs by racing them on a deserted patch of Arizona highway and parking his car directly into their path. Ah, but don't fret, folks - nary a scratch is found on either Sheen or his cool car afterwards..

Favorite Moments:

  • A complete and utter guy film (cool cars, heavy metal, sex and fast food); I love it! Although, I have to admit, I did what any rational female would and fast-forwarded all the car chase scenes (you'll miss the great Ozzy Osbourne song, but you'll still get Motley Crue and Billy Idol later)
  • "It's no big loss, believe me" (sensitive Nick Cassavetes, consoling Sherilyn Fenn over the death of one of his gang members).
  • Charlie Sheen taking his revenge out by terror-freezing the corpses. Which means we're left with Cassavette's artfully positioned naked bod sprawled out of the wreckage of his car in the grand finale.
  • Alas! My secret is out! I'm a sucker for the "murdered-zombie-comes-back-from-dead to reclaim/avenge his girlfriend" love stories.
