Willow and Oz haven't been together for very long. Their first date took place in the episode "Surprise". That's when he found out that Buffy is the slayer and that vampires are real. At first, it seemed like Willow was using him as a way to get back at Xander 'cause she had just found out about him and Cordy but after awhile, they officially started dating. That's also when they found out that Oz is a werewolf but Willow has already accepted that. Their first kiss took place in the episode "Phases" after she found out that he was a werewolf. They are really close now and I don't think anyone could seperate them except for maybe Xander who just recently told Willow that he loved her while she was in a coma. But since the third season has started, everyone has seemed to forgotten that and Oz & Will seem closer then ever. They are so cute!
