Healthy Eating

It does not have to expensive or inconvenient to eat better.
Most people simply have to evolve into better eating habits. 
Anyone wants to change their eating habits, to live a good quality lifesyle
and for a longer time, I think you will agree, is something that most all
of us desire. Some relatively new studies have revealed some very
simple ways to enhance longevity and quality of life. Here are several
basic steps to start on a more healthy lifestyle and diet:

1. Eat butter or olive oil, throw away any hydrogenated oils in you pantry. Hydrogenated oils contribute to cancer, heart disease
and a host of other ailments.

2. Fish, broiled or baked, two times a week will lower
your cholesterol, as will as garlic and some say popcorn (no butter).

3. Try to eat fresh fruit and vegetables, frozen and canned foods
sometimes lack essential nutrients for good health.

4. If it's processed...it lacks nutrients,only whole grains contribute
to colon health. These are only a few tips to follow for better
health. Once you get these down, you will feel better and live longer!



Healthy choices must still be made. It is not too difficult to maintain a
healthy diet.  Eating healthy is a life long commitment but if you deny
yourself certain foods because you believe they are bad for you.......
you will only sabotage your commitment to a healthier quality life
and to start eating a more healthy diet.
