Site Design Notes: My website is a UNIFIED collection of results-proven, real-life info & tips so it's important that viewers read all the sections for maximum results--to neglect or miss even just one section would be like missing the 4th leg on a table--which is why the initial main homepage is large because it contains the lead-in info of all the sections that viewers come across to ENTICE viewers to read all the sections as they browse the site--otherwise, according to my log files/web statistics, 90% of viewers would just skip to the one section they were interested in (this is the same reason why all the music clubs like Columibahouse & BMG don't alphabetize their ad listings so that viewers have to browse all of their CD titles in the catalog ad :) The most important sections are strategically placed near the top of the menu for greater visibility & then alphabetized ;)

P.S. The cookies,pop-up ads, & javascript incompatibilities/errors are due to Geocities use of DHTML & javascript for their pop-up ads which they add to every page on their servers (I'd nuke the stuff if I could ;). Downloading the latest versions of Netscape Communicator 4.0+ or Microsoft Explorer 4.0+ (both are free) will remedy the problem :)

For the most efficient use of time, be sure to surf the internet with at least 2 windows open so you can read one page while another window downloads :)

Note: I do NOT work in the supplement industry nor for any supplement company (nor for Amazon.com or any of the other firms that are screened & allowed to advertise here, for that matter) nor do I sell any supplements.

I finally put up the links to the discount supplement stores here as a service because I receive hundreds of email asking for where to purchase them. I previously did not list them because I want nothing to detract from my unbiased, impartial reviews of fitness supplements (my goal is to make this the "Consumer Reports" of fatloss/bodybuilding/flexibility/sports performance (make sure you read the NUTRITION subpage with it's LIST of INEFFECTIVE/BOGUS supplements first before buying any supplement). If a supplement/or training idea is B.S./total crap, I won't hesitate to say it's "total crap" :)

If you would like to submit a link of a reputable discount supplement firm or a banner ad for me to review for approval or other links to possibly add here, just email me at rippedgymnast@cheerful.com Feel free to notify me of any broken links or spelling errors or if you prefer a larger or smaller font size ;)Good luck and best wishes on your journey to improving your mind as well as your body!

P.S. Links will open a NEW browser WINDOW so feel free to explore the various links and top banner ad as your clicks (once per day) will make a difference in improving this site. As you think about it and enjoy the satisfaction of joining in helping to build this website for the continued good of all seeking self-improvement, feel free to explore ;)
