Comments: When I stumbled upon you, I was wrapped!!! It was great to
know that there is a site that goes into immense detail about fitness, nutrition
and the necessary approaches to take! It is a fantastic sight - thanks guys for
creating it Stay in Touch - Vanessa!!! N.B. Could you find out some detailed
information upon losing and toning up around the tummy area. Maybe a prescribed
diet plus exercise??? Also do those creams such as Christian Dior "SVELTE" and
Estee Lauder "THIGHZONE" really work?? I'm a bit of a cosmetics fanatic and like
to keep up to date with all this stuff - The simpler the cosemtics, the better!!

UCLA. I'm doing a research project on The Effect of Nutrition on Athletic
Performance. I am tailoring it primarly to female gymnasts. The information from
your web page was very helpful. If you have any suggestions or any words of
advise, I'd love to hear about them. Do you have any information on water and
dehydration? I'd like to be on your mailing list so I can continue to learn more
about fitness. I am in the best shape of my life right now, but I always know
there is room for improvement. This is my last year of compettion, I am then
going to be doing MS. Fitness. I am 5'4'', 118, and 9% body fat. Thanks for your
time, and if could get any help with this research paper I'd greatly appreciate

Comments: Great page!! I'm 14, and
in eighth grade. I'm a gymnast, sort of. I was in gymnastics when I was little,
but I quit. I recently started up again, and can't do anything. Could you tell
me anything different as far as the tips on your page to fit my age, or is it
all the same? Could you also tell me how you did the Round-off-Layout Somersault

Please continue to give information on exercises that increase flexibility and
range of motion. There are 1001 bodybuilding sites giving exercise advice, but
very few give info for total fitness. I for one am interested in have a body
that is useful for more than something to look at in the mirror.

Comments: Excellent Page, A trainer at my
club said that you should do cardio before working out. He agreed with you that
you had to be active for 20 min before weight loss would occur but he said
weghtlifting would not accomplish this, only 20 min of cardio. Can you elaborate
on this at all? Other than that I was really impressed.
