- AFAO - Australian Federation of AIDS Organisations: this federation represents Australia's community-based response to AIDS/HIV.
- AIDS Action Committee of Massachusets: AIDS Action is New England's oldest and larger provider of AIDS services, education and advocacy. Organized in 1983 by a small group of volunteers, the community-based organization now includes a professional staff of 100 supported by several thousand volunteers.
