I needed that! I have just been to the Dr. once to "see if" I have ADD. He is quite sure but asked me to read "Driven to Distraction" and get information off the internet before I made a decision about what to do about it.
I found me all over the place. I wasn't sure however on all the points because I kept saying, Yea, but I'm more lethargic than hyperactive , so I don't really fit. Everything else fit though. Then you said that word, and I thought, well there I am! I laughed because it is funny, I cried because it is true. I am now the "BEFORE". I can't wait to see the "AFTER". (Before knowing, treatment, etc.) Assuming after will be much, should I say "CLEARER". Thanks.
