To add your site to the IBD Sufferers Webring follow the simple steps below:

• Go to the Site Submission form and complete the information.
• You will receive an E-mail confirmation with your Site ID.
• Cut and paste the code below into and place on the webpage you submitted.
• Save the image of your choice (below) to your hard drive and call it ibd.jpg.
• Put ibd.jpg in the same directory as your web page
• Replace YOUR_WEBSITE in the code with your site name.
• Replace YOUR@EMAIL.COM in the code with your E-mail address.
• Replace HERE (5 times) with your Site ID that is emailed to you.
• Your IBD Sufferers Webring should look like the example above.
• As soon as your code is verified on your page, you will be added to the ring.

I realize that aol users have problems saving the jpg because it only saves as bitmap so here is a downloadable ibd.jpg to use.
