One persons routine

Line

One of the people on the mailing list has been kind enough to provide a visual demonstration on how he uses his eye drops.

We hope his visual representation is useful to you. But remember this is a demonstration of how one person takes their drops. We're not saying this is the only way, or the right way. But this is what works for him.

"In actuality I do this rather quickly, but here is a demonstration of how I prepare to put drops into my left eye. Just place your fingers as I have done, and then use them to spread slightly and hold the eye lids open." Click for larger picture

Rather, just observe in your peripheral vision that it's where you want it. This will eventually help you improve your aim... with practice."

"You will no doubt want to perfect your own technique, but I hope my demonstration has been useful to you."
