Meeting called to order at 11:40 AM

Old business

The former bank account used by MAGIC was closed and the cash handed over to Pat as Pursewarden. MAGIC will no longer have a bank account, but will keep funds in a cash box. Anyone who makes payments to MAGIC will have to make out their checks to "cash".

The Pursewarden's reports from last year were submitted to National in full.

New business

Psychic Fair
- Sunday, October 13 at Affirmations. Most of the time was spent discussing details of this upcoming event. Readers are still needed. Readers will need to bring their own card table and cloth for the table, with whatever magickal accessories they require. Pat will handle the tickets and the cash box at the door. There will be no vendors. Members are encouraged to bring magickal items for sale, which can either be donated to MAGIC or the money kept for themselves. Pat will handle this also, at her table.

MAGIC will not be sponsoring Yule this year, due to its small size.

Membership dues have been lowered this year, to $20/year for covens, and $10/year for solitaries. These are due at Samhain, with one month grace period. Please make your payment on time!

Checks should be written to "cash" and addressed to Pat Delaney. They can be mailed to her house at 760 Lochhaven Road, Waterford, MI, 48327-3910

The next meeting will be at Puck's house on Sunday, December 15, 2002 at 11:30 AM.

Agenda item for next meeting: we need to vote on changing the meeting times from once every 2 months to quarterly. We also need to decide if we want to sponsor any events next year.
