Hello all, This page is to give you a slight idea as to who I am and who the important people in my life are. I am Steve M. Knickerbocker. I am an old fart, at least according to my daughters. Apparently my weight is above 215 as you can no longer see my cheekbones and I haven't weight myself in months. Time to get back to work in the garage and lose some poundage.
This is a pic of me at normal fighting weight, which I hope to get to real soon
This is my wife, Karen, whom I love more than MoPars.
Me with two of the young'uns!
The Liz, Elizabeth Marie Knickerbocker, my oldest daughter
This is Katherine Megan Knickerbocker, aka Katie.
This is the baby, Olivia Siobhan Knickerbocker, aka Ollie.
I have four girls in my life. Karen, my wife, whom I met while in the service. She keeps me honest and out of trouble. Without her my life would be very different and much less satisfying, even if I think she's from Pluto and not Venus, sometimes. Elizabeth, my oldest daughter. Liz is my guinea pig. I'm learning how to be a father on her. Sometimes it's rough as she's getting to the age where boy's are important . Katherine, my middle girl. According to many, Katie is the image of me, less the hair color. She is without a doubt the most stubborn, independant and self reliant of my girls. I guess she is like me in many ways. BTW, don't cross her she has no fear and doesn't know the meaning of diplomacy, kind of like her Dad. Olivia is the baby. Ollie is by far the most loving of my girls. She loves to hug and kiss and snuggle. I spend many hours playing with her and she is the most even tempered and sweetest of my girls. Sometimes I think it's rough for me to have all girls. I have no sisters and I have no clue as to how to treat girls, as a parent. As a kid if I or my brothers got out of line we got a thump. Somehow I think this isn't appropriate for girls. I live, I learn, I try. I am 33 and I am getting white hairs here and there. I am not looking forward to puberty, the girls' not mine! All my girls like to "help" me in the garage. I like to think it's because of an interest in cars but I think it's just because Dad's out there. This is a good thing! Take care.
