SPECIAL PEUGEOTS AND FUNNY IMAGES

This 504 belongs to Michael Richards, from Australia. It has alloy wheels, auxiliary headlamps and the suspension has been lowered. But the most awesome modifications can't be seen:under the hood there are a 4.4 litre V8 engine and a BA10/5 gearbox.

This is a 'customized' Peugeot 403 I found in a village near Girona, in Spain. It has a french plate.Notice the 'custom' rear wheel covers.

I found this transformation near Tarragona, in Spain. It's a 504 break Dangel that has been transformed in a sort of pick-up.Notice the alloy wheels and the 'GLD' hood, that is not original because the car is a petrol one.

I have received these pictures from Jerry Bauer, from Idaho, USA.He has tranformed one of his 504 D wagon into a snow plug...the pictures below show his trailer, made from a 504 also(on the left) and the XD2T engine he rebuilt, ready to go into another 504 (on the right side).

This is not exactly a special Peugeot but a traffic signal I found in Teruel, Spain, in 1997.The car in the signal is a 404 Peugeot. It's quite surprising, because 404s were imported cars and at the time, due to the political situation they were extremely expensive (more or less they costed twice their 'domestic' equivalents, like the 'Seat 1500').It is (and it was) very rare to see a 404 in a spanish road...in fact it is more difficult to see a 'real' 404 than a 'signal' one...

This car's owner, Hans Peter Larsson, told me it was 'the worst-looking 504 in the world', but I don't think so (I've seen many much worse, most of them working...)...It's a '73 automatic. It seems that it was parked for some time beside a smoking chimney, and there it got these paint colors...The car 'lives' in Gotland Island (Sweden), in the Baltic sea.

It's not funny. It's not special.BUT IT'S MINE!And I've been told that in two weeks or so it will get its original shape(!).More news soon.
