I built this model straight from the box, with the forties in mind, built "stock" again. First the body was prepared, and airbrushed using Model Master Light Ivory enamel, this color pretty much consistant with the period, the whole thing was then trimmed with BMF. The interior was painted in tu-tone brown/tan artists acrylic. The "flathead" V8 was painted blue. The whitewall tires were hand painted using 3 coats of white artists acrylic.

I love those whitewalls. :o)
