Sturgis in the Village 1996

This first picture is actually not at Sturgis. It's a photo of the Women On Wheels tent at the Cardova Dragstrip. Here's what MaryAnn had to say about her experience there:

"What a test this day was! It was hot and windy. the ground was sandy and the awning was new and cheap. We used everything to keep it up... bungee cords, truck bumpers, the awning next to us, garbage cans and the spare tire from Rusty's truck. Only had one person stop and he told us his woman rode on the back where she belonged."

"Made some structural changes to the awning. It stayed up for 2 days. Got kinda crowded during the showers that plagued the weekend"
