The scale of the speedometer (1) spans in a semicircle around the display of the onboard-computer. On its left side sits the revolution counter (photo below). For the first time in the C-Class: The multifunction steering wheel (2). With the same photo "Auto Zeitung" comments that the instruments will be backlit. |

Like already in the S- and E-Class the C-model gets the
multifunction unit Comand (3).
The fully electronically operated air condition (4)
is new. As an option a six-speed transmission can be ordered for the stronger
engines.
