The Reiki Alliance is an association of over 900 Reiki masters who honor the spiritual lineage of Usui, Hayashi, Takata, and Furumoto. It is located in Cataldo, Idaho.
Finding a Reiki Master is often a journey, in part because no comprehensive list of Usui System Reiki Masters exists. Two organizations, The Reiki Alliance and The Reiki Association do provide referrals.

Both organizations acknowledge Phyllis Furumoto as Hawayo Takata's successor, uphold a code of ethics, and agree to teach according to certain standards of practice.
