Here's something low-fat that can be a main vegetarian dish or a wonderfully different side-dish. 
2 cups water 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons uncooked orzo pasta 1/2 cup frozen broccoli 1/2 cup cooked black beans, rinsed and drained 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme salt to taste ground black pepper to taste
